SHIPPING
Orders are normally shipped within 3 business
days. Orders shipped OUTSIDE of the continental U.S.
will have an additional shipping charge. You will be notified
within 2 business days of the additional charge.
RETURN POLICY
The Point and Cut is
not returnable for a refund. If found defective it will be
replaced or repaired.
The Point and Cut is
carefully tested and inspected prior to leaving our facility.
However, if you should experience a problem it is covered by a
3-year limited warranty. See the
Owner's Manual page for details.
MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN
TRANSIT
In the case of damage in transit, please contact us immediately.
Please save all packing materials and item for inspection by
shipper. We will replace damaged items. Shipping of
replacement merchandise may be delayed until damaged items, shipping
container and packing materials have been inspected. We may
require return of damaged merchandise.
