Q. Do you have a return policy?
A. The Point and Cut is
warrantied for 3 years. If found defective it will be replaced or
repaired. The Point and Cut is not returnable for a refund.

Can I use any size or brand of household-style paper towels?
A. Yes.

If I unroll a length of paper towel and then decide I need more, can
I unroll more?
A. Yes, as long as you
have not activated the cutting mechanism.
Q.
What should I do if the paper towel will not feed out?
A. Tear off one (1) sheet
and try loading again with a fresh edge.
Q.
If I change my mind and decide I have unrolled more paper towel than
I need, can I roll it back up?
A. Yes, if the cutting
mechanism was not activated. Simply open the cabinet and roll
it back up, then re-insert the end of the roll into the slot.
